Trademark Renewal

Trademark owners are required to periodically file their trademark renewal documents with the U.S. Trademark Office in order to prevent the cancellation of a registered trademark. Typically, but subject to change, this should be done after the first five, ten and twenty years following the date of registration, and every ten years thereafter.
